Terms of Service

These terms apply to businesses ("you") that use Shyra AI's services, including AI voice receptionists, chat assistants, follow-up automation, and custom AI agents. Shyra AI is a brand of Vision Power & Infrastructure Projects (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., India ("we").

The service

We set up and operate AI systems for your business, such as a phone receptionist that answers calls forwarded from your business number, assistants that reply to web and messaging enquiries, and automations that follow up with leads and customers. The exact scope is agreed with you before work starts.

Free pilot

New clients may receive a free 14-day pilot of the AI Voice Receptionist. At the end of the pilot you can choose a paid plan or stop, with no charge for the pilot.

Fees and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance.
• Any one-time setup fee is stated before you start and may be waived for founding clients.
• Call volume above your plan's limit may be billed as agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Service is month to month. You can cancel anytime with notice by email; service continues until the end of the paid month.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your services, hours, and booking rules.
• Follow up on the leads we send you.
• Only ask us to contact people who have agreed to hear from your business.
• Inform callers that calls may be recorded where your state requires more than the notice given on the call.

Limits

Our AI systems are automated and may occasionally misunderstand a caller. We monitor and improve it, but we are not liable for missed or incorrect bookings beyond the fees you paid for the month in question.
